God sent His son, they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal, and forgive.
He lived and died to buy my pardon,
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives.
-
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.
Because He lives, All fear is gone.
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living just because He lives.
-
How sweet to hold a newborn baby,
And feel the pride and joy he gives.
But greater still the calm assurance,
This child can face uncertain days because He lives.
-
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.
Because He lives, All fear is gone.
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living just because He lives.

Look at that sweet baby boy!! Thank you for sharing the song--very powerful and a sweet hymn I haven't sung in a while.

Kasey, Ethan looks so great! He is such a sweet precious gift from God. I praise God that he has brought you, Adam and Ethan to this point in your journey. May you have a sweet week! Thank you for sharing your story with the world. I know that God has used it in many ways!

He just keeps getting cuter! We still pray for him and thrill to tell others what the Lord has done in and through Ethan! My little boy continues to pray for Ethan (he's 3 now) and since we first heard of his diagnosis last year says, "Thank you for Ethan get better!" Even though it was just an issue of a developing language, the way he says it has always touched me in a way, as if he knew that the Lord would heal Ethan from the very beginning. :-) Your blog has been a blessing and I check it every day to see any updates or prayer requests, or just to read what you are going through - inevitably, it is a blessing or brings conviction to me.
